Distinct Distribution was founded with a simple belief: Irish consumers and independent retailers deserve access to innovative, high-quality beauty brands that are shaping the global market.

During her time in college, while travelling back and forward from the US, our founder Claire was repeatedly asked by friends to bring home beauty products they had discovered online but couldn’t find in Ireland. Sephora was her favourite store at the time. Those requests quickly revealed a wider gap — not just for consumers, but for Irish pharmacies and boutiques seeking new, differentiated brands.

Motivated by this insight, Claire saw a gap in the market and launched Distinct Distribution to bring sought-after international brands to Ireland. Today, we proudly support Irish retailers and consumers alike, working with carefully selected partners to grow brands sustainably in the Irish market. We are a 100% Irish female owned business, built around long-term relationships and local understanding.
