Everyone knows Embryolisse as the cult favourite French skincare brand, it has been a staple in many skincare and makeup kits since it’s beginnings in 1950’s Paris. The popular skincare brand shows no signs of slowing down and has gone from strength to strength over the past few years. The newest product to Embryolisse, Lait-Crème Sensitive, shares the same ultra-moisturising and nourishing properties as their top seller Lait-Crème Concentrè but in a new formulation developed for sensitive skin. It has become a firm favourite with the team at Distinct, so we thought we’d pass on some education as to why your customers need this product on their skincare shelf!

Why your customers need it.. This family friendly, hypoallergenic treatment has all of the benefits of Lait-Crème Concentré but suitable for sensitive and reactive skin, thanks to an unscented formula and ingredients that are 98% of natural origin.

The same powerful nutritive hydrating power: it is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins which provide the skin with nutrients, retain water and protect it from aggressions.

The skin regains suppleness and elasticity, it is plumped, smooth, soft and comfortable, perfectly hydrated and nourished.

Lait-Creme Sensitive can be used as a makeup primer, moisturiser, mask, makeup remover, after-shave lotion or as a lotion for babies and children. It leaves a comfortable, soothing and silky-soft veil over even the most fragile, sensitive and reactive skins such as those of babies.

Lait-Crème Sensitive includes the same core of natural active ingredients with:

• aloe vera - nicknamed by the Indians "heavenly miracle" for its richness, this plant contains vitamins A, E and B, minerals such as selenium, amino acids and essential fatty acids; it helps maintain the hydration of the upper layers of the epidermis and durably soothes sensitive skin,

• soy protein - with moisturizing action, containing all essential amino acids,

• shea butter - concentrated in essential fatty acids and vitamins A, D, E and F, known for its action on the elasticity and smoothness of the skin,

• beeswax - protective and softening.
